⚡ New Audit for User Modified Toggle
This audit can be found in the audit log in each employee profile.
If the user modified toggle is turned on or off manually audit will be added to the log with the date and time stamp of change and the name of the user who made the change.
⚡ Ability to View Payroll by Job Rather Than by Payroll Hierarchy
Account users now have the ability to change the view to organize payroll by job rather than by hierarchy.
This setting can be enabled in user roles under the payroll permissions. The setting is labeled as "View Payroll by Job"
Locking, Closing, Exporting, and Downloading payroll will NOT be supported when viewing by job.
⚡ Require Supervisors to View Payroll by Job and Limit the Jobs They Are Able to View
This setting makes it so that supervisors are required to view the payroll organized by job rather than by the hierarchy. It can be found under the payroll section in User Roles.
Along with enabling this setting in the User Role permissions, account admins also have the ability to limit the jobs that supervisors are able to view with the "job explicit assignment" feature found in each User profile.
Locking, Closing, Exporting, and Downloading payroll will NOT be supported when viewing by job.
⚡Enhanced the "View Records" feature found in User Roles
When the "View Records" permission is disabled we now only hide the Records tab in the left side menu in Grandd Central, users are still able to view records for individual employees with the records view in an employee profile.
⚡New Feature Flag That Excludes Agency Employees from Payroll (Optional)
This feature can be found in the Account Feature Settings
When enabled any employee that has the "Agency" setting enabled for their profile will be excluded from the payroll prep and removed from the payroll reports.
⚡New Feature That Allows to Hide "OT2" (Optional)
This feature flag when enabled will hide the "OT2" label in timecards, consolidated timecards, and all reports.
Bug Fixes
🛠️ Resolved issue when a jobs home hierarchy was changed to a new home hierarchy the change was not being communicated to the device.
