Grandd Central Release (5.19)

This Grandd Central release includes new features for editing employee timecards, improvements, and bug fixes to existing features.

Release Items

⚡  Ability to open a new tab for the job shortlist

⚡ Locked pay periods that end in the middle of the week, no longer lock the timecard for the entire week

⚡ Scrolling option on the device screen when there are a lot of jobs under the "Limit Jobs" option

⚡ The three dashboard lists (working employees, approaching overtime, and overtime) will show a default of 25 employees and then give an option to show 25, 50, or 100.

⚡ When selecting a different list, clicking on the circle graph on the dashboard side menu now corresponds to whatever list was selected.

  • For example: if you are currently viewing the Overtime list employees and you click on the "Working Employees" circle graph, the side menu that opens shows "Working Employees" and not "Overtime."

⚡Improved searching in punch details screen when searching for jobs, phases, etc.

⚡Added a job column to the Payroll Report

⚡Added a notes section on punch details in employees' timecards

⚡Employees get sorted from shortest to longest current duration time on the Dashboard screen

⚡Added the ability to expand every timecard in the timecards tab for quick viewing of employee timecards

⚡New Suspense Punch Workflow

  • Allows managers to accept or delete suspense punches.  If a manager accepts suspense punches, those punches will then be pushed to the employees' timecards.

⚡When utilizing the Global Punch Edit feature and editing employees with the same pay types, jobs, phases, etc., it will auto-populate in the Edit Selected Punches pop up
